Delicious

All today, we've been cooking DELICIOUS food for Christmas dinner tomorrow, and just to eat today, I thought to was too beautiful to not show you!!

Orange Marble Fudge. It tastes JUST LIKE orange sherbet ice cream!!

But.... none of this awesome food would be possible without my wonderful Mom!!!
So, tonight I will definitely dreaming about this food tonight instead of sugar plums. I mean, sugar plums don't sound or look appealing after all the stuff we've made today!!

Pre Christmas Bananza

Well, I am really bored waiting for Christmas to come, SOOOOO I decided to write about our lives. Lucky You! You get to see what we did this December!!

Spencer's birthday party. Yep: me, my brothers, and a whole bunch of Deacons.
It was actually really fun.

Spencer in action.

Ryan's a cutie!!

The morning of December 20:

Yes, I'm pretty much incoherent. Well, give me a break, it was like 6:30 on a SUNDAY!!!

I don't function before 7:30 on a weekend (at the least!) Actually, I don't think any of us functions on a Sunday morning!!! :)

OOPS

I just realized that I hadn't blogged about a Very Important Date last November!!! Well two. Number 1 was my birthday!!! Whoot whoot!! Erica is now the big One Six!! 1616161616!!!! Now I kinda feel really old because I remember turning 8 years old and thinking that 16 is FOREVER away. Now forever has come and I feel ancient.

Important Date #2: on November 25 (i think) I, Erica, got my licence. That's right folks!! Erica is a LICENCED DRIVER!!!! I can drive by myself, and I could drive other people too!!! So far I've made various trips to the library and my viola lessons, two trips to DI (Deseret Industries), three trips to the mall and one trip to Seagull Book. Wow!

O Chrismas Break!!

Well, it's a wonderful, amazing, awesome day to top all days this month so far. Why? you would ask. Well this is the first day of Christmas Break, and I MADE IT!!! I didn't collapse from learning overload, or go crazy with stuff to do. I made it to our wonderful two-and-a-couple-days-off-school break!!! Christmas is kicking up another notch. Mom is out buying the last gifts right at this very instant, and I'm cleaning my room (kinda) because, as Dad told me last night, Santa Clause doesn't give presents to children with dirty rooms. So now I get to clean up the pigsty that is my living quarters. yay. (I would include a picture of the 'horrific mess', but I'm too lazy to find the camera, take the picture, remember how to put that picture on the computer, and put it on this entry. Sorry. ;)

Sooooooo, other than no school, I'm going to have fun this week. Mom said that the best thing we could give her for Christmas was to help with the cleaning, and to not fight. Well, I'm working on the first one (see above) and the second one is going well so far. I have no idea what o get Daddy, but I'm working on it.

Merry Christmas!! May your Christmas be as wonderful as you could imagine!!
